This project is a visual creative-writing/storytelling project titled “The Last Light in the Window.” It combines a short emotional story with editorial-style graphic design and AI-generated cinematic imagery.
🌙 Core idea
At its heart, the project is about memory, home, belonging, and returning to one’s roots.
The protagonist, Maya, walks down a familiar street after many years. At the end is her old family home, recognizable by its blue door and one glowing upstairs window.
That window becomes the central symbol of the story.
As a child, Maya remembers her grandmother sitting beside that window and telling her:
“Keep the light on. Someone might be looking for their way home.”
Years later, Maya discovers an envelope inside the house addressed simply “Maya.” The note says:
“If you’re reading this, you finally came home.”
The ending establishes that Maya isn't merely returning to a physical house—she is returning emotionally to a part of herself she had left behind.

Andromeda is a great name for a study app, gives it some ambition. The "each task you complete illuminates it" hook is fun, did that gamification angle come first or did it get bolted on after the core assignment tracking was working?
