This workflow was designed to automate lead enrichment and AI qualification for sales or outreach systems. It uses conditional routing to decide whether a company requires enrichment data before qualification.
The process includes website scraping through Apify to collect missing business information such as company description or employee count. Extracted data is then structured and passed into an AI qualification module powered by GPT-4o-mini, which scores each lead against the ideal customer profile (ICP).
The system returns qualification status, lead score, reasoning, and recommended action with structured JSON parsing and error handling for reliability.
My role included workflow architecture, automation logic, node configuration, API integration, and clean visual process design for scalability and easy maintenance.
