The problem:
Independent musicians, podcasters, and bands usually book studio time through scattered Instagram DMs and texts, "hey are you free this week?" and the owner ends up manually asking the same five questions every time: what kind of session, how many people, what gear, when, and whether a deposit is coming. No-shows are especially costly here, because gear setup (mics, preamps, room configuration) happens 30–45 minutes before the client even arrives, so a no-show isn't just a missed booking, it's wasted studio time and prep work that can't be recovered.
