GlowHaus Studio is a solo beauty salon based in Takoradi, Ghana, where most customer appointments are currently handled manually through WhatsApp.
The problem is simple: customers ask about services and availability, while the owner has to check her schedule, respond to messages, confirm appointments, send reminders, and handle rescheduling ā creating unnecessary back-and-forth and increasing the risk of missed appointments.
I designed and built a streamlined booking experience that turns the entire process into a simple self-service flow:
Choose a service ā Select an available date ā Pick a time ā Enter details ā Confirm ā Booked.
The experience also supports appointment confirmation, cancellation, and rescheduling, giving customers more control while reducing repetitive administrative work for the owner.
The goal was not simply to create a beautiful booking interface, but to solve a real operational problem: helping a small business spend less time managing appointments and more time serving customers.

The evidence collection step is where I would look first. When two pages disagree, do you keep both source links so someone can see why the analysis chose one?
I have built 'Glow & Go Salon', an automated booking and data insights web app using Lovable AI. As a statistician, my goal was to bridge the gap between simple service booking and business intelligence.
The app perfectly addresses the challenge brief:
It 'fixes the front door' with an effortless, conversational single-click booking calendar on the customer side, complete with a live countdown timer after booking confirmation.
It 'automates the middle' with an interactive dashboard customized for the solo owner (Amna), featuring a 'Predictive No-Show Reliability Score' based on user metrics and an 'Automated Empty-Slot Optimizer' to drop prices by 20% dynamically during slow hours.
It includes advanced business analytics with visual graphs for peak booking hours and weekly growth to help solo salon owners easily manage and leverage their data.
