☕🥐 Running a small coffee shop in Melbourne, a bakery in Amsterdam, or a food truck in Tokyo should be about great food, not fighting with tech.
🔥 I know there are countless POS systems on the market with advanced feature sets. But the reality is, very few actually fit the unique, day-to-day needs of small businesses. For micro and small vendors - especially those just starting out without a stable income stream, paying monthly SaaS fees for complex software can be a heavy burden.
That was the exact problem a street food vendor friend of me was facing.
🧠 As a developer, i wanted to visualize a solution that cuts through all that noise, with simple flow that make the operation easy. so my partner designed TapTab. a simple, customable, fast, and safe digital cashier concept built to keep front counters moving effortlessly and me turn the concept into a product real one for who have related painpoint.
Right now, this is a fully crafted visual design ready to be brought to life as functional software.

How a Coffee Shop Chat Rebuilt a Bank’s Internal Operations ☕🏦
A few months ago, during a casual hangout at a local coffeeshop, a friend who working at a local community bank (BPR Indonesia) started venting about their operational headaches. They were still using paper logs to manage staff attendance across scattered branch offices. It was a massive time sink, prone to "buddy-punching" fraud, and a nightmare for compliance audits.
With today’s tech and AI capabilities, and also as a developer, I couldn't just sit back. I knew I could solve this. leverage intelligent, modern tech to solve this friction.
Finally 🧠, we ended up collaborating to solve that exact problem. I built a secure, enterprise-grade attendance system bridging a #Flutter mobile app, an #Express/PostgreSQL backend, and a real-time HR admin command center.
