The site features dual audience flows (clinics vs. brands), a step-by-step process breakdown, and conversion-focused design with clear CTAs throughout. Clean, professional aesthetic built to establish credibility in a regulated healthcare-adjacent market. Built with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. Full AI-powered CRM and Business Intelligence platform under development for this project as well.

Built a full SaaS platform for automated utility billing compliance in California manufactured housing. The system includes a deterministic compliance engine encoding California Civil Code §798.40–798.44.1, automated rate monitoring across major utilities (PG&E, SCE, SoCalGas), a resident-facing portal with transparent billing breakdowns, and an operator dashboard. Built the entire platform solo — backend, frontend, AI layer, and marketing site. Currently in pilot with enterprise operators.
