Great work rarely happens alone—and now, you can show who helped bring your projects to life.
With Project Collaborators, you can tag the people you worked with on any Contra portfolio project. Whether they’re already on Contra or not, your collaborators will appear alongside you—giving credit where it’s due, growing your profile, and helping you build your network.
Why add collaborators?
Here’s what happens when you showcase who you've worked with:
Visibility
Collaborative projects get more visibility across Contra. More eyes, more clicks, more potential opportunities.
Credibility & social proof
Great projects are rarely solo. Featuring collaborators helps clients understand how you work with others—and how you contribute to team success. Your collaborators also vouch for your craft. When others see who you worked with, it adds trust to your profile.
Network growth
Every collaborator you invite helps you expand your reach. If you're tagging someone who isn’t on Contra yet. they’ll get an invite to join, and you’ll earn referral rewards if they do.
Referral rewards
Get up to $50 for every new user who joins Contra through your collaborator invite. Just tag them in a project and we’ll take care of the rest.
How it works
Add a new project or edit an existing one from your profile.
Search and tag your collaborators using the "Collaborators" field.
If they’re already on Contra, just select their name.
If they’re not, you’ll see an option to invite them.
Once they confirm the collaboration, your project appears on their profile too—and yours gets a boost.
Share your project on social to drive even more visibility.

Tips for making the most of this feature
Tag everyone you worked with—even if their contribution was small. It helps showcase your process and makes your project feel real.
Add collaborators to every new project you publish.
Don’t wait—projects with confirmed collaborators are more likely to be featured.
Keep sharing. The more visibility your work gets, the better your chances of attracting new clients (and rewards).
