so I built Regimen, a prototype built completely inside of Figma Make.

Regimen helps;
• Gives workout routines to burn calories for people who are busy with work.
• Track and Calculate your calories intake to give you detailed amount of calories to eat per day.

how i built Regimen?
first, Regimen is a unified fitness web app built in Figma Make, that solves one core problem: "fitness tools are fragmented".
most people juggle four separate apps for calorie tracking, home workouts, meal planning, and nutrition calculation, but Regimen collapses all four into a single dark, premium web experience with a consistent design system.
i built the entire app in Figma Make using a "chained prompt methodology", i.e.; 11 separate prompts written in one session, each building on the context of the last.
the landing page and the app were built as two separate Figma Make projects and linked together using their published live URLs, mirroring how real products separate a marketing site from the product itself.
my favorite build, the AI Meal Scanner, was the most technically ambitious module that makes a live call to Claude Vision API, sending a base64-encoded food photo and receiving back structured JSON containing calories, macros, vitamins, detected ingredients, and health insights, all rendered dynamically in the results panel.
