Rebrand, Digital & Content Production
The project began with strategic workshops to clarify the direction of new course material and its public presentation.
I defined a brand direction and digital framework, working with a designer who developed the visual identity within that structure. The website was repositioned to present the programme as a cohesive offering rather than a series of individual releases.
Production was executed on location in Berlin over three weeks. I coordinated filming schedules, locations and shoot logistics, overseeing capture and delivery to post-production.
A central concept film was developed to establish tone ahead of launch, supported by photography and video assets for ongoing communication.

Branding, Web Design & Positioning
Brand strategy and website structure developed for a Lisbon-based buyer’s agent supporting international clients relocating to the city. Although the company operated as an advisory service rather than a traditional brokerage, this distinction was unclear in its presentation.
I repositioned the business from property seller to decision partner, shifting communication away from listings and toward guidance, neighbourhood insight and long-term suitability.
I defined the strategic framework, tone of voice and visual direction, working with a graphic designer who developed the brand identity within that structure. The website architecture was rebuilt around relocation scenarios and advisory value rather than inventory browsing.

Created and developed from concept to market. I defined the positioning, brand architecture and long-term direction, establishing it as a restrained, design-led label rather than a trend-based jewellery line.
I built the identity system from the ground up, including naming, visual language, tone of voice and product narrative. Product development spans concept design, prototyping, supplier coordination and production oversight, ensuring consistency between idea and execution.
I directed all campaign development, including shoot concepts, art direction, casting and visual rollout across digital channels. E-commerce structure, pricing strategy and launch sequencing were defined to support sustainable growth rather than rapid volume.

Concept, Brand Creation & Platform Build
ARIE was conceived and built as a streaming platform, replacing This is Artify. The aim was to move from one-off workshops to a coherent product where artists develop through continuity.
I created the name, tone of voice and visual identity to position ARIE as an editorial platform while staying accessible to self-taught artists. I structured and launched the product on Uscreen, defining architecture, navigation and content categories. I built operating system: artist selection and direction, end-to-end course production, workflows in Slack and Asana, and social strategy.
