AI can reconstruct the past. Only you can create what comes next.
For the Human by Design challenge, I created an advertisement for a fictional AI device that transforms old photographs and VHS footage into full-scale, walkable memories. Using Envato’s AI tools and creative assets, I developed the concept through six connected scenes, then shaped the final story through editing, sound design, pacing, and selection.
My Human by Design moment was realizing that the technology should not be the emotional conclusion. AI could rebuild the room, but it could never recreate the love that made the memory real. So I redirected the ending toward the present—where a mother steps away from the reconstructed past to create a new memory with her daughter.
