365 Spotless is a New York-based commercial cleaning company specializing in healthcare facilities, corporate offices, and after-hours janitorial services. The client needed a website that would communicate credibility and trust to high-value facility managers and procurement officers — especially given their MWBE certification, Port Authority NY/NJ approval, and healthcare compliance credentials.
I built a clean, conversion-focused WordPress site structured around their core services: medical/healthcare cleaning, office cleaning, overnight/after-hours cleaning, floor maintenance, and data center cleaning. The homepage leads with a strong value proposition targeting healthcare and professional facilities, then guides visitors through a clear 4-step process toward a free walkthrough request via an integrated contact form and Calendly booking link.
Key design decisions included surfacing their certifications prominently (MWBE, Port Authority, School Construction Authority, IJCSA Bloodborne Pathogen), building a photo gallery showcasing real job sites, and incorporating a partner/client logo carousel to add social proof. The site also integrates with Bark.com (http://Bark.com) for lead generation.
