TenancyPaper.com (http://tenancypaper.com) is an AI-powered SaaS platform that simplifies the tenancy agreement process for landlords, tenants, and property managers. Users can upload identification documents and property title deeds, and the platform automatically extracts key information using AI, reducing manual data entry and errors.
I designed and developed the complete web application, including the responsive UI, multi-step onboarding flow, secure document upload system, AI-assisted data extraction, and agreement generation workflow. The platform guides users from document upload to reviewing terms and finally generates a professional tenancy agreement in PDF format that is ready to download, sign, and share.
