Working on a Sales Force Automation system on Odoo
Architecture:
Mother Company Instance : Central hub for sales, inventory, pricing, analytics.
Distributors' Shared Instance : One shared instance for all distributors; field teams work offline, syncing on reconnect.
Sync Engine : Daily middleware for bidirectional data sync between instances.
First milestone completed.
Built with Odoo 19 community, it gives distributors and their employees a simple, centralized way to manage sales, purchases, customers, and day-to-day operations in one place, and at the same time giving the mother company a chance to explore new business opportunities.
This is just the first step in a larger solution aimed at giving the business better visibility across its entire sales network.

Just wrapped up an Odoo project: a full Odoo 19 implementation on Odoo .sh for a client based in France.
The project covered:
*A custom website design, including custom-coded blocks where the standard ones weren't enough, plus WhatsApp integration
*Inventory management, warehouses and storage locations : Multi-warehouse setup with structured storage locations, for a complete operational flow
*Sales, Purchases and accounting modules configuration.
*Product catalogues and pricelists
*Loyalty programme
*eCommerce integration including Alma connection for buy now, pay later
*Custom quotation and invoice reports
The goal was to bring everything together in one platform from the online storefront, to inventory movements, all the way to invoicing.
