I created a short-form reel from event content using a "running alone vs running with friends" hook which naturally brought the campaign message to life.

This project was created in partnership with Pulsetto, a wellness tech brand whose vagus nerve stimulation device supports stress relief, sleep, focus and recovery. The brief called for authentic, relatable short-form video content that educated audiences on the benefits of vagus nerve stimulation without making medical claims keeping messaging grounded in personal experience and approved brand talking points.
As someone who talks openly about ADHD and lifestyle on my platform, this was a genuinely natural fit. I created a reel showcasing how Pulsetto fits into my routine, focusing on stress management and recovery.
