Spec redesign concept for Initiative for Affordable Housing, a nonprofit serving homeless women and children in the Atlanta area since 1990. The original materials were text-heavy, visually cluttered, and difficult to scan. The redesign improves hierarchy and readability while staying true to their existing brand colors, logo, and tone — no new branding, just clarity. Delivered as a print-ready PDF.
