LANDING PAGE - REAL ESTATE MARKET In this project, I created a copy for a real estate landing page promoting exclusive land plots. I focused on highlighting the uniqueness and advantages of these spaces, using copywriting and UX techniques to capture the audience's interest from the very first glance, with simple and direct language. The goal was to ensure clear communication that conveyed a sense of exclusivity, prompting potential buyers to take immediate action. I employed direct and eye-catching headlines that emphasized the land's appreciation potential, along with detailed descriptions that helped clients visualize future possibilities. In campaigns, this approach has shown up to a 20% increase in lead conversions and a significant improvement in page engagement, raising the view rate by as much as 60%.

Leadership Landing Page My Role: Brand Strategy, UX Copywriting, Information Architecture, Messaging, and Content Design. This landing page was created to position an experiential leadership program that combines equine-assisted learning with neuroscience and emotional regulation. My role was to transform a complex, abstract methodology into a message that business leaders could immediately understand and connect with. I developed the messaging strategy, defining how each section should guide visitors through the experience, from curiosity to credibility, and ultimately to action. Instead of describing the methodology, I focused on communicating its transformation and emotional impact. Every headline, supporting paragraph, and call-to-action was written using UX writing principles and Neurolinguistics to reduce cognitive load, increase clarity, and create an intuitive reading flow. The copy balances sophistication with accessibility, making a highly specialized service feel tangible and relevant for executive audiences. Beyond the copywriting, I structured the information architecture, prioritizing the user's decision-making journey. Each section was designed to answer the next natural question a potential client would have, creating a seamless progression through the page. The visual direction was intentionally minimalist, allowing typography, whitespace, and carefully selected imagery to reinforce trust, calm, and authority. Together, the content and design create a premium digital experience that reflects the depth of the leadership program while encouraging meaningful engagement.

REAL ESTATE AGENT POST My Role: Brand Strategy, Content Strategy, Copywriting, UX Writing, Visual Identity. Gabriella was starting her career as a real estate agent in Toronto, Canada, so my goal wasn't simply to create social media posts, it was to build a brand that people could immediately connect with and trust. I started by defining her communication strategy. Because clients choose real estate agents based on credibility and personal connection, I translated Gabriella's personality into a clear brand voice. She is warm, approachable, detail-oriented, and works with high-end properties, so every piece of communication was designed to appeal to a premium audience while remaining friendly and authentic. I developed the content strategy and editorial calendar using content marketing principles to increase brand awareness and position her as a trusted professional in her market. For the copywriting, I combined Neurolinguistics with UX principles to create content that feels natural, easy to read, and persuasive. The messaging uses refined language without becoming distant or overly formal, helping build trust while keeping the focus on clarity.

LONG-FORM ARTICLE Wrote a long-form SEO article for a real estate AI company focused on lead qualification. The content was designed to educate agents while naturally positioning the company's chatbot solution as the logical next step. Instead of relying on promotional language, the article uses behavioral psychology, UX writing principles, and conversion-focused copy to guide readers from problem awareness to product consideration.
