Nishaan is an AI-powered student grievance platform that uses Claude Haiku to automate the classification, sentiment analysis, and prioritization of academic complaints. Built with Next.js 14 and Node.js, it features premium dashboards for campus observability, anonymous two-way messaging, and a transparent public feedback board to ensure institutional accountability.
Nishaan supports a multi-role platform integrity. Each role in Nishaan has specific permissions and access levels tailored to their responsibilities:
HOD (Head of Department): Manages all grievances within their department, assigns tasks to teachers, escalates unresolved issues to the Director, and has the authority to provision new student and staff accounts.
Teacher: Handles and resolves grievances assigned to them by the HOD. They also have the option to be assigned as a Hostel Warden to manage hostel-specific issues.
Admin / Director: The DIRECTOR is the super-user with full oversight of the entire campus. They handle final escalations, can override any decision, and have full system-wide administrative powers (like auditing all logs and managing all accounts).
Alumni: After graduation, students transition to this read-only role. They can no longer submit new grievances but retain access to their historical records and the public transparency board.

Project Title: All Projects (Centralized Portfolio & AI Management System)
1. The Problem
Developers often struggle with two distinct challenges:
Portfolio Management: Keeping track of multiple web projects, their source code, live demos, and technical configurations (like environment variables) in a single, organized place.
Interview Preparation: Preparing for technical interviews for specific projects. Explaining the architecture, implementation choices, and challenges of a project you built months ago can be difficult without targeted practice.

My project is a premium, centralized management ecosystem that serves as both a professional portfolio and an interactive interview coach. It provides a high-end visual dashboard to showcase your work while integrating a powerful AI Interview Agent (powered by xAI's Grok-beta) that helps you master the technical details of your own creations.

Premium Glassmorphic Dashboard: A sleek, modern UI built with React and Framer Motion, featuring dynamic 3D backgrounds (Three.js) and a high-end aesthetic.
Full-Stack Project Management:
Securely add, edit, and delete projects via a Supabase backend.

We have built a platform that transforms environmental protection into an interactive adventure. By gamifying sustainability, we provide:
A Sense of Identity: Students become "Yoddhas" (Warriors) with their own digital avatars.
Incentivized Action: Real-world tasks (like waste segregation) earn digital rewards and "Prakriti Points."
Community & Competition: School-based Eco-Clubs and national leaderboards foster a sense of collective purpose and healthy competition.
How It Works -
The platform follows a simple but powerful "Path of a Yoddha":
Create Your Yoddha: You start by signing up and creating a unique digital identity (Avatar) and joining your school's squadron.
Mission Control (Dashboard): Your central hub where you see your "Daily Missions," track your "Eco-Score," and view your rank on the national leaderboard.
The Core Loop (Learn, Act, Earn):
Learn: Engage with interactive mini-games and visual lessons about the environment.
Act: Take physical action in your community (e.g., segregate waste, plant a sapling, reduce plastic).
Earn: Upload proof of your action to earn Prakriti Points (PP).
Level Up: Use your points to unlock prestigious badges (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and upgrade your avatar’s gear.
Real-World Impact: Your individual score contributes to your school and community goals, helping witness tangible change like community cleanups and national reforestation efforts.

NISHAAN is a decentralized evidence management system designed to restore trust in the justice system by making digital evidence tamper-proof, verifiable, and anonymous.
Problems it solves:
1. Broken chain of custody: Evidence gets altered or mishandled when passed through multiple systems and people.
2. Deepfakes & fake timelines: No reliable way to prove when/where a video was originally recorded.
3. Whistleblower risk: Existing systems can expose identities, discouraging people from reporting crimes.
3. Centralized control risk: Admins in traditional databases can delete or manipulate evidence without trace.
Core solution:
NISHAAN replaces trust-based systems with cryptographic proof:
Stores evidence on IPFS (decentralized storage)
Anchors file hashes (CIDs) on Ethereum smart contracts
Ensures immutability (evidence cannot be altered)
Uses RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) for secure permissions
Enables anonymous submissions without identity leaks
Preserves original file integrity throughout the legal process
