What I did: Discovery & Strategy — Conducted JTBD-based user research and competitive analysis across 6+ apps (Duolingo, Headspace, Fabulous) to identify whitespace opportunities. Defined product vision, value proposition, and North Star Metric. Product Design — Authored PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for core features including AI mentor interactions, streak tracking, and onboarding flows. Built Figma prototypes validated with target users. Metrics & Experimentation — Defined a metrics framework covering DAU/MAU, Day-7/Day-30 retention, and conversion. Drafted A/B experimentation plans for key engagement features. GTM & Monetization — Designed go-to-market strategy, target persona mapping, channel mix, and a monetization framework tied to product-led growth levers.

Title: E-Commerce Sales Analytics Dashboard — Power BI "From raw data to executive-ready insights" Description: Built a 3-dashboard Power BI suite on a real-world e-commerce dataset spanning 1K orders, 300 customers, and ₹36M in revenue across 5 product categories (Electronics, Home, Beauty, Clothing, Sports). What I built: Sales Overview Dashboard — KPI cards for Total Revenue, Orders, Customers, and Average Order Value (₹30K), with a revenue-by-day trend line and category-level bar chart to surface performance patterns across Jan 2024–Jan 2025. Executive Funnel Dashboard — Conversion funnel from Visitors → Cart → Payments → Orders, surfacing a 25% conversion rate and 90.7% repeat purchase rate. Included Top 5 Customers by Revenue and a revenue trend over time — designed for leadership-level decision-making. Revenue Deep-Dive — Granular daily revenue view with category breakdown, enabling drill-down analysis into seasonal spikes and category-level performance gaps. Skills demonstrated: DAX measures, KPI cards, funnel visualization, time-series analysis, category segmentation, stakeholder-ready layout design.
