AI Lead Qualification & Response — n8n Automation
Built a real, working lead-qualification automation in n8n for Hyperlink AI Studios. A webhook captures a new lead from a contact form or missed call; an AI step reads the message and scores urgency, service type, and sentiment; the workflow then branches — urgent leads get an instant SMS text-back, an owner alert, and a CRM log, while standard leads get logged, held briefly, then sent an automated reply so nobody’s left hanging. If the AI step fails, a dedicated error branch notifies the team and still routes the lead to follow-up instead of losing it. Built and tested in a live n8n instance — workflow file included, not just a screenshot.

Founded and built Hyperlink AI Studios solo — a website and lead-response studio for US home-service businesses (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing). Handled the full stack myself: domain, hosting, WordPress build, branding, and business email. Focus is stopping leads from going cold — capture forms, missed-call text-back, booking flows, CRM follow-up, and local visibility, so fewer calls go to a competitor. Shipped three working demo builds (plumbing, electrical, restaurant) to show the approach before taking on paid work. Pre-revenue, currently taking on first clients.
