PomoDeck — Focus System for Logitech Hardware
Designed and built a full-stack productivity product from scratch — desktop app (Tauri + Svelte + Rust), hardware plugin (C# + SkiaSharp), marketing website (Next.js), and distribution pipeline.
What it does: A focus timer that lives on your Logitech MX Creative Console. Scores your concentration in real-time, blocks distracting websites/apps automatically, and gives haptic feedback through your hardware. Works standalone or synced to the desktop app.
What I built:
Hardware plugin with custom LCD rendering, physics engine, and haptic mapping
Desktop app with real-time flow scoring algorithm, WebSocket sync, and local-first architecture
Stack: Rust, C#, Svelte, TypeScript, Next.js, SkiaSharp, Tauri, AWS Amplify

The Jems App gives you four AI agents (we call them jems) that work together as a team The frontend is a Flutter app with a spatial white glassmorphism design — radial gradient agent spheres, frosted glass dock, soft shadows, no dark mode. State management with Riverpod, routing with go_router, and freezed for immutable data models.
The backend is a Python FastAPI service running a Google ADK multi-agent orchestration system. Noor is the root agent on Gemini 2.5 Flash (for voice streaming), and the three sub-agents run on Gemini 2.5 Pro for richer tool calling. We built 40+ tool functions across 11 modules — task management, goal decomposition, reminders, journal, memory, social, planning, analysis, and a cross-agent context bus so agents stay aware of each other's actions.

NeighborLoop — A Hyperlocal Community Hub for Neighborhoods That Actually Care
79% of young adults want more local events. 70% of people globally say loneliness is an epidemic. 59 million Americans care for a neighbor or loved one. But only 54% feel close to their community.
NeighborLoop closes that gap.
It's a complete neighborhood app template with 6 integrated modules:
🏠 Community Board — Category-filtered posts for lost pets, safety alerts, help requests, lending, and meal trains. No toxic feed — every post has a purpose and an action.
📅 Events & Gatherings — Create events with RSVP, potluck sign-up boards, vibe tags (chill, active, family, phone-free), and persistent interest groups like Morning Run Crew, Book Club, and Supper Club.
❤️ Care Circle — Daily check-in system for elderly or vulnerable neighbors, care task board with urgency levels, meal train coordinator with a 14-day sign-up calendar, and private emergency contact cards.
📚 Lending Library — Neighbors list tools, kitchen gear, camping equipment, and books to lend. Browse by category, request to borrow, track condition and availability.
⏱️ Time Bank — Give an hour of help, earn an hour back. Balance tracking, transaction history, and tier badges from "New Neighbor" to "Neighborhood Pillar."
👤 Profile — Skills & offerings, time bank stats, activity feed, care settings, and emergency info.
The whole thing is designed as a remixable template. Swap "neighborhood" for apartment complex, campus, coworking space, church group, or HOA — every module works independently.
