I designed and developed a Telegram AI Agent using n8n, combining artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and data integrations to streamline customer interactions and order management.
The system is designed to understand customer messages, identify their intent, and route requests to specialized AI workflows.

RAG Knowledge Base: Uses Supabase Vector Store and Google Gemini Embeddings to retrieve relevant information for customer inquiries.
Conversation Memory: Maintains conversation context for more natural interactions.
Automated Telegram Responses: Connects AI-generated responses with Telegram through n8n.

RAG AI Chatbot
قمت بتطوير نموذج RAG AI Chatbot باستخدام n8n، يجمع بين نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي وقواعد البيانات المتجهية (Vector Databases) لإنشاء مساعد ذكي يعتمد على مصادر معرفية محددة عند الإجابة عن أسئلة المستخدمين.
يعتمد المشروع على تقنية Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)، التي تساعد على استرجاع المعلومات ذات الصلة من المستندات قبل توليد الإجابة.
أبرز مكونات المشروع:
ربط المستندات والمصادر المعرفية باستخدام Google Drive.
معالجة المحتوى وتحويله إلى بيانات قابلة للبحث الدلالي.
استخدام Pinecone لتخزين واسترجاع المعلومات.
ربط AI Agent بقاعدة المعرفة.
تصميم سير عمل باستخدام n8n لتنظيم عمليات الاسترجاع والإجابة.
