Process

1. Client consultation on Zoom (next working day)
First, we’ll chat over Zoom to discuss your brand, target audience and goals. We’ll also discuss things like the pages you have in mind and tone of voice.
2. Keyword research and plan (next working day)
I’ll seek out keyword opportunities and plan out the copy. The plan will include the goal of each page, proposed headings and CTAs. I’ll send these to you to approve before proceeding.
3. Writing and SEO optimisation (2-3 working days)
I’ll write the four pieces of web page copy, which will be fully formatted and SEO-friendly. I’ll include meta descriptions and title tags.
4. Feedback and adjustments
After sending you a final draft in Google Docs, you’ll be able to give feedback and request changes. After I’ve completed these, you can suggest final tweaks.
5. Post-publishing support
After you receive the final copy and payment has been made, I can continue to offer free advice on uploading, conversion performance and more. Don’t be a stranger!

  • Do you only write in British English?

    I’m a British writer, but I’ve written copy for lots of US companies. I’m well-versed in American spelling and turns of phrase, so don’t worry - my work will sound native. I can also optimise SEO for any country.

  • Can you write about [X sector]?
