Process

1. Client consultation on Zoom (next working day)
First, we’ll chat over video call to discuss your brand, target audience and goals. We’ll also discuss things like blog topics, tone of voice and imagery.
2. Keyword research and article structure (next working day)
I’ll seek out keyword opportunities and plan out the piece, including proposed headings, internal links and CTAs. I’ll send these to you to approve before proceeding.
3. Writing and SEO optimisation (2-3 working days)
I’ll write at least 1,000 words of high-quality content, which will be fully formatted. I’ll use Surfer SEO to optimise the piece to a score of 80 or higher for our chosen keywords.
4. Feedback and adjustments
After sending you a final draft in Google Docs, you’ll be able to give feedback and request changes. After I’ve completed these, you can suggest final tweaks.
5. Post-publishing support
After you receive the final article and payment has been made, I can continue to offer free advice on uploading the article, SEO performance and more. Don’t be a stranger!

  • Do you only write in British English?

    I’m a British writer, but I’ve written content for lots of US companies. I’m well-versed in American spelling and turns of phrase, so don’t worry - my work will sound native. I can also optimise my content’s SEO for any country.

  • Can you write about [X topic]?

    The sectors I’ve written the most for are listed above - but as an experienced researcher, I can write about all sorts of topics authoritatively. Got a specialist topic you need a writer for? Just get in touch.

  • I don’t know much about SEO/content marketing/keywords…
