Summary

When you reach Product-Market Fit (PMF), you'll know it. If you're not sure whether you have it or not, you (probably) don't. Reaching PMF requires an intensive exercise of understanding your market and their problems, then relentlessly prioritizing how you go-to-market.
Working and optimizing your messaging, positioning, and sales pitch doesn’t happen overnight. We'll go through a set of structured methodologies to help you make a data-informed decision. By the end of our engagement, you'll have a set of deliverables which will help you understand how to progressively go-to-market, your value proposition, and how to more effectively sell your product.

Process

The PMF Sprint is intended to be highly collaborative. No outside party will understand your business or your customer as well as you. My job is to help you structure how you think about your business and your customer, challenge your assumptions and, in some cases, help you get out of your own way.
Schedule a kick-off call to get to know one another and align on expectations.
Complete the onboarding assessment to help me better understand your business.
Meet to review the assessment and provide me with access to any current messaging frameworks, demo decks, call recordings etc.
2-3x weekly 30 minute 1:1 calls, in-between calls.
By the end of the engagement, you'll have a set of deliverables which will be foundation for your product-market fit and guide your go-to-market.

  • Messaging Framework

    Outline each of your key personas and develop an outbound messaging guide for each one.

  • Market-Problem Map

    Identify and categorize customer pain points within key market segments. It helps prioritize where to focus by showing which problems are most common and impactful.

  • Sales Pitch / Demo Recommendations

    1:1 review of your sales pitch and demo deck.

  • Sales Call Recording Recommendations

    If you are recording your sales calls (and if you aren't, start that today), get a 1:1 review of your sales call recordings with recommendations.

  • Case Study

    We will work together to complete the Case Study Framework. It will become a foundational document through which you can craft a Sales Pitch and build a Content Marketing strategy. - Who - When/Why - Options - Success - Path to success - How this company helped me - Packaging ("Project Plan") - Product positioning - Pricing vs. Value
