Summary

We'll pick 1-2 critical areas of your Go-to-Market and do a 2-week sprint to make improvements in those areas. I'll operate much like a fractional chief revenue officer - rolling up my sleeves and helping with whatever your business needs in marketing, sales, or customer success.

Process

Prior to the call, I'll have you share over some details about what you'd like to discuss, and some essential business information to help provide me with context.
We'll schedule a discovery call to align on those critical areas, determine success (or acceptance) criteria, set expectations for working together over the 2-week sprint, and the cadence by which we'll interact (hands-on vs hands-off).
We'll meet at the agreed upon times, work work work and make sure by the end of the 2 weeks it is where you want it be!

FAQs

  • How often can we meet with you?

    Good question. This is not intended to be an alternative to a FTE. If we are working on something as intricate as messaging and positioning, I'd recommend we meet 3x-5x/week for 30-60 minute sessions.
