User Experience Strategy by Shan HannadigeUser Experience Strategy by Shan Hannadige

Discovery and roadmapping your design projects saves time and thus money over time when working to scale your product, service, or business to a greater audience. I've worked with many companies who either get stuck in ideation hell or spend too much money chasing a problem that doesn't exist. I've found that creating a strategy that isn't only UX-focused, but also product-focused, creates greater alignment with teams and makes objectives easily achievable. Teams spend less time getting to an effective solution, making everyone happy at the end of the day.

What's included

Discovery Readout
I perform discovery activities as required and synthesizing findings into an aligned problem statement and list of OKRs to align you and your team on. Some activities may include but not limited to user interviews, stakeholder interviews, heuristic analysis, design review, competitive analysis, card sorting activity, and personas.
Usability Audit
Like a well-oiled car, your product needs to be checked on periodically to determine parts of the experience that work or do not work. I provide a document to you detailing findings from users, analytics, and heuristics to show you the big picture.
UX Roadmap
I create a living artifact to make design sprint work more actionable and measurable. This can be done as a template or integrated into your project management platform of choice (eg. Jira, Asana)
