"The workshop" is a session of hidden gold - I create alignment and help envision what we can do together or what you can accomplish internally with your team. I facilitate a keynote as well as several activities to make sure all stakeholders are on the same page, while also focusing your team on how to approach the issue. This helps me to work with you and your team to determine how far we can move along and identify details to work off of - our end goal is to make sure we can ideate and deploy initiatives to deliver effective and efficient solutions.

What's included

Part 1 - Vision Setting
Recommended for developing products - there are often times where teams are unsure of problems to approach and how to solve them. This first touchpoint is an extensive workshop to introduce everyone to the problem space(s) observed, and create alignment on the problem statement we are solving. Activities: * Vision setting and landscape definition * Understanding system roles * User journeys * Shared problem statement * Story mapping
Part 2 - Product Deep Dive
Recommended for mature products and teams who want to dive right into solving issues - this can be combined with Part 1 or as a standalone. This second touchpoint helps to delve deeper into problem statements and determine approaches for lean/agile solutions. Activities: * Technical feasibility, system/product deep dive * Stakeholder ID * Story map prioritization * Measuring success (KPIs), risk, failure * Retrospective session
