• How many hours does this engagement cover?

  Typically 15–20 hours/month depending on the scope and system maturity. It’s structured to give you consistent progress without the cost of a full-time hire.

• Do you join weekly meetings or work async?

  Both are possible. I specialise in async-first support, but can also join weekly standups or sync reviews when required.

• Will you update our Figma libraries directly?

  Yes. I’ll handle all library updates, cleanups, and structural changes, and provide documentation so your team stays aligned.

• Can this include strategy sessions or roadmap planning?
