Before the project starts, a required prerequisite is for the client to provide basic guidelines, rules, or specific requests that they would like for the written content to have. This may include a specific length, certain amount of photos, or the content should have a specific tone that may match the overall feel of their company/organization.
With my work process, I prefer to include "check-ins" throughout the length of the project time. These "check-ins" are for the client and me to have clear communication of the progression of the project. Check-ins are determined by the length of the desired project. If the deadline is 1 week, 1 check-in may be enough. The longer the time frame, the more check-ins may be desired.
