For my services, I like to provide "check-ins" with the clients. The amount of check-ins are determined by the length of time for the project, for example, 1 week may only require 1 check-in. The amount of check-ins may increase with the length of time.
These check-ins are so that the client and I can have clear communication on what exactly is going on with the project process in real time. Clear communication provides a smoother process and reduces the chances of any confusion that may come up.
