An initial conversation for us to start on the right foot. This is where we discuss expectations, project scope, timelines, roles and responsibilities and decide on what's most appropriate for the project needs.
Project plan
Based on that kick off, I develop a customized project plan and a project board. This can be done in your preferred software management tool( ClickUp, Jira, AzureDevops, Notion etc.)
Project Dashboard & Weekly updates
We review the dashboard once a week, and I will also include an executive summary that's easy to share.
