What's included
Kick off meeting
An initial conversation for us to start on the right foot. This is where we discuss expectations, issues to tackle, duration, attendees and deciders.
Onboarding participants
Depending on the type of workhop run, this can either be a quick form for them to fill in, or a bried 20 min chat for them to be introduced into the concept and the problem we will be tackling.
Workshop Plan
Based on the goals discussed together, I will design a custom workshop to increase team collaboration and make sure our conclusion is not another meeting. You will get a chance to review the plan before moving on to the implementation phase.
Workshop facilitation
This is the most fun part! You and your team come together as I take away the burden of how you take decisions and run things, and focus solely on what you do best - problem solve in your domain of expertise. I will be facilitating the session making sure everyone's voice is heard and that we have actionable next steps.
Conclusion deck
I will put together a deck outlining what issue we set out to address, what we achieved and what the next steps are. This will make it easy for the team to stay accountable and to take action.
