What's included

  • Journey Map

    A map of the journey along the various touch points of the service you provide, and discovering potential areas of leverage and intervention. This extends into understanding key user tasks, and key user flows that need to be designed.

  • User Interviews

    Interviewing your business stakeholders and your current users to understand their pain points, needs, and frustrations

  • User Personas

    A concise summary of the personas of your target audience, both positive personas and negative personas.

  • Research Summary

    A document synthesising the relevant information for to achieve better product design. This includes research papers, KPI trees, competitive analysis etc.

  • Brand Design

    A collaborative collection of images and references that will eventually evolve into a product’s visual style guide. Allows designers and clients to align on a look for the product before investing too much time in it.

  • Wireflows

    A visual representation of the user’s flow to complete tasks within the product. It’s the user perspective of the site organization, making it easier to identify which steps could be improved or redesigned.

  • Wireframe and Prototype

    This will be the final aspect of the design, focused on collating the research and designing accessible yet visually appealing user experience.
