Process

When we decide to work together —

We will schedule a one-on-one conversation to discuss the details of your project. We can schedule a phone call or a Zoom meeting.

I will send you a detailed scope of services outlining everything from the services I will perform to the timeline, preferred writing style and tone, the agreed-upon deadline date, the number of revisions, other deliverables, and the project cost.

Returning your signed Copywriting Service Agreement and an up-front deposit is my cue to start writing your project.

Then, based on the timeline (generally a 5-7 day turnaround), I'll send you the first draft in Google Docs for your review to ensure that the writing aligns with your brand voice and covers everything in the scope of services. After you have reviewed the first draft, return the requested revisions within the specified time.

I'll complete the revisions and edits within 1-2 business days and return them to you for your final approval.

You will receive an invoice for the remaining 50% of the balance.

And finally, I'll ask you to complete a quick questionnaire about your experience working with me that I will use as a testimonial.

Package Details You will receive four (4) original blog posts, each ranging from 350 to 800 words, delivered monthly in a Google Doc. This package includes: - 30-60 minute Consulting Call - Content Strategy & Editorial Calendar (PDF) - Copywriting with the use of a style and tone that fits your audience - SEO best practices for keywords provided by the Client -Proofreading & editing according to AP Stylebook (Using Grammarly) - 1 round of revisions for the specified content Minimum 3-month commitment required Additional Information: - A minimum 3-month commitment is required. - Artwork and graphics are not included. - The client is responsible for providing a creative brief or resource document.
