What you get A working product your users can sign into and use — not a prototype, not a Figma file. Deployed on infrastructure you own, with the code and the deploy pipeline handed over at the end.

Scope (3–4 days) — We go through what the product does and, more usefully, what it doesn't do in v1. You get a written spec with a feature list and a build order before anything is written.

Build (5 weeks) — Backend and data model first, then the API, then the web app. You get a working demo link at the end of every week, so you're never waiting six weeks to see progress.

Launch — Deployed with CI/CD, a basic admin view so you can run the thing, and a handover session with your team or your next developer.

Good fit if You know what you're building and need someone to build it properly the first time. Especially if you're non-technical and need one person who covers backend, frontend and infrastructure rather than coordinating three.

Not a fit if The scope isn't settled yet, or you need design from scratch — I build from a design or a simple wireframe, I'm not a product designer.

After launch Most clients continue on an ongoing basis for the next set of features. That's a separate arrangement and there's no obligation.
