We'll schedule a 1-hour session where you and your Team can join the virtual sound bath from the comfort of your office or homes.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.
When we hear low-frequency sounds, our heart rate tends to slow down, blood pressure decreases, and muscle tension eases.
Through movement, guided meditation, and crystal singing bowls, you'll take an hour to relax and rejuvenate!
