Firstly I gather as much information from you about what you need in order to form a brief. We will work through any concepts you have in mind and talk through the technical requirements, such as dimensions, colour use and how the image will be used and therefore licensed.

After doing some research and sketching, I send you some concept sketch options, or if you have a strong idea of what you'd like, a first rough. You can then make any feedback and suggest any larger 'structural' changes at this point.

After signing off the rough, I will ink, colour and finesse the image to produce a more worked up version. Any more final tweaks and small changes, and the final illustration is complete! You will be licensed to use the illustration for your intended use, copyright is retained by the illustrator.
