A complete, structured mobile app design process for startups and product teams

You have an app idea, an MVP to redesign, or a product that needs a proper mobile experience. You need more than pretty screens: you need a design process that starts from your users and business goals and ends with production-ready files your developer can build from.

What you get

A full mobile app UI/UX design (up to 10 key screens), built through a structured process that eliminates guesswork and reduces revisions.

How it works

1. Discovery We start with a short questionnaire to define your goals, target audience, and core user flows. I build a user persona, map the customer journey, and create a moodboard to align on visual direction before any design happens.
2. UX Research & Information Architecture Competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation. I map out the full information architecture and user flows so every screen has a clear purpose and logical place in the app.
3. Wireframes Low-fidelity wireframes delivered as a clickable Figma prototype. We test navigation, screen flow, and content hierarchy here, so structural problems get caught early, not after the UI is done.
4. UI Design Component-based visual design in Figma: typography, color system, spacing, icons, and reusable components with auto-layout and variants. If you have brand guidelines, I follow them closely. If there's room for creative direction, that's where I do my best work. Every screen designed for iOS and Android conventions where relevant.
5. Final Prototype & Handoff High-fidelity clickable prototype for a final round of review. You see exactly how the app feels before anything gets built. You receive the complete Figma source file (organized with auto-layout, component variants, and a style guide), plus all screens exported and ready for development.

Who this is for

Startup founders, product managers, and development teams who need a mobile app designed with real UX thinking, not a template with your colors swapped in.

Why work with me

I've designed mobile apps across gaming, events, lifestyle, and more. Every project looks different because I design around your users and your product goals, not a personal template. I work daily in Figma and I'm comfortable with both iOS and Android design patterns. Clients come back because I get the brief right early, communicate proactively, and deliver fast without cutting corners.
