I'd also recommend a final round of usability testing after the product is developed to ensure it meets user expectations.

• How do you handle revisions during the design process?

  I believe in an iterative approach, where feedback is an essential part of the process. After each major milestone (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, visual design), I’ll present the work and gather feedback. I'd include a set number of revisions within the project scope to ensure the design aligns with your vision. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope can be handled on a case-by-case basis.
