Remote Accessibility & Inclusion Audit (IAU-USR)Sergiu Adrian Otlacan
Get a comprehensive accessibility audit of your building or public space, conducted entirely remotely.
The IAU-USR (International Accessibility & Universal Social Inclusion Review) is a structured methodology I created for evaluating physical spaces for electric wheelchair accessibility and social inclusion.
Unlike standard compliance checklists, IAU-USR goes beyond "can someone enter the building?" to answer: can they actually use the space independently?

What gets evaluated

Door sizing — entrances, internal doors, and emergency exits measured against powered wheelchair clearance requirements
Ramp specifications — gradient, width, surface material, handrail placement, and landing areas
Sidewalk accessibility — surface quality, width, curb cuts, obstacles, and cross-slope
Social inclusion factors — whether the space supports independent navigation and participation

How it works

You submit floor plans, photos, video walkthroughs, and measurements
I evaluate each space against the full IAU-USR criteria
You receive a detailed report with scores, findings, and a prioritized remediation roadmap

Who this is for

Organizations responsible for buildings or public spaces who want to ensure accessibility for electric wheelchair users: property managers, municipal governments, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail spaces, and nonprofits.
No on-site visit required. The entire audit is remote, which means location is never a barrier.
