1. Empathize (user research, user personas)
2. Define (problem statement, goal statement)
3. Ideate (competitive audit, rapid sketching)
4. Prototype (user flow, site maps, paper & digital wireframe)
5. Test (usablity testing)
Hifidelity prototypes, mockups.
Each process will be used as a guide to create a user friendly and an experience that makes the users to complete their task on the website.
The website will meet world standard and importantly, business wise, bring more profit and revenue.
The hero section of the website can be used as a marketing tool to drive traffic to the site for awareness and social media campaigns. i can also design for you templates for email awareness for users to know you are onboard..
