👋🏽 Discovery Call An informal, no-pressure call for me to better understand the problems and gaps in your business. I would like to know more about you, your goals, challenges, and how I can help you and your business. We will discuss where you’re currently and what you want to achieve in 3 or so months.
🧠 Strategizing & Planning After our call, I’ll be creating a streamlined plan for your business. This is a step-by-step strategy on how we can achieve the goals we discussed during the call. You'll receive a proposal, detailing the scope of the project to launch our exciting new partnership. If agreed, we move forward.
🖋️ Onboarding Just some dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s. An invoice will be sent based on the agreed proposal. NDAs, spreadsheets, logins, and other essential information will be shared. This will set us up for an effective Project Briefing.
🔍 Project Briefing Deep dive into your current situation, goals, gaps, and pains. I want to fully understand everything there is to know, which is why I’m meticulous about the most minor details in what’s important to you and how we can go about achieving your goal.
⚒️ Building the System Once we completely understand every nook and cranny in your business, we can get into the technical stuff — optimizing your tools, creating solutions needed, building your workflow, and streamlining every action taken inside your business. We’ll be working through this within the agreed timeframe.
🗣️ Feedback I want the system to work for YOU. After building the system, I’ll give you a tour of the system. I’d love to hear your feedback so we can make the necessary refinements and adjustments.
🪄 System Handover Once the system is finalized, I will give you and your team a full walkthrough, complete with documentation to ensure user comprehension. As this might take some time depending on our project, we can do this in either one sitting or in multiple sessions. Up to you! One-month full support will be given to ensure proper user adaptation. I’ll be a just message away from you and your team members for any questions about the system.
