My work process:
Discussing your needs and gather requirements for the database.
Analyzing the data that will be stored in the database and identifying the entities (tables) and relationships between them.
Creating a conceptual data model that represents the structure of the data and the relationships between entities.
Reviewing the conceptual data model with you to ensure that it meets your needs.
Based on the conceptual data model, i will create a logical data model that defines the structure of the database in more detail, including data types and constraints.
Reviewing the logical data model with you and make any necessary revisions.
Using the logical data model I will create the physical database design, including indexes and partitioning.
Implementing the database using a database management system (DBMS) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
Add functions, procedures and triggers.
Testing the database to ensure that it is functioning correctly.
Optional:
Migrating data into the new database, if necessary.
Show your team how to use the database, if needed.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the database as needed.
Expected timeline:
1-2 weeks for smaller projects.
3+ weeks for projects with big amount of tables, triggers, functions, and procedures.

Script for database creation
Script with .sql extension that will setup database and all tables with all constrains, indexes, etc.
Script for all database triggers, procedures, functions
Separate file with .sql extension that will set up all triggers, functions and procedures.
Files for data migration
Separate file with .sql or .py extension for data migration.
