• How long does the makeover take?

  Most makeovers are completed in about 21 business days (or less!), depending on the size of your existing membership and how quickly you provide access and feedback. If you’re responsive, the process moves lightning-fast. If you need a little extra time to gather things, no worries — we can adjust the pace.

• Will my membership be down during the revamp?

  Absolutely not! Everything is rebuilt behind the scenes, so your current members stay active and uninterrupted while your new, elevated version comes to life. When it’s ready, we simply swap in your upgraded membership. No downtime, no chaos, no stress.

• Do I need to start over or can you work with what I have?

  There’s absolutely no need to start from scratch (unless you just want to). I work with your existing content and structure, refining, reorganizing, and redesigning it using my Custom Kajabi Design System. Your membership keeps all its valuable content but gains an upgraded structure, modern design, and intuitive flow that makes it less time-consuming for you to manage and easier for your members to navigate. It’s intentionally built to grow with you—so as you add new content or features, everything stays organized, cohesive, and effortless to use. Same great content, now wrapped in a high-end experience your members will love and want to keep coming back to.

• Can I make updates or add content after the makeover?

  You sure can! Your new Kajabi setup is designed to grow with you. You’ll be able to easily add new content, modules, and offers without disrupting the structure or design. Everything is built with scalability in mind so your membership can evolve effortlessly as your business expands.

• Will you handle the design?

  Yes! Your entire membership is redesigned using my proven membership design framework. I update layouts, visuals, navigation, and branding to create a cohesive, high-end experience. If you prefer to stay hands-off, I’ll handle every detail. If you’d like some creative input, I can also provide editable Canva templates for you to personalize before I polish everything to perfection.

• What platform do you build on?

  Everything is built 100% inside Kajabi, optimized for simplicity, scalability, and a seamless member experience. I build exclusively in Kajabi because it delivers the most secure, streamlined, and professional membership environment available. If you’re not on Kajabi yet (or you’re considering a migration from another platform), I’ll help you choose the right plan and get fully set up. • Do you set up all the backend systems for me?

  Absolutely. The entire system is built to work for you. I set up every essential behind-the-scenes system your membership needs including onboarding emails, tagging, member access, question management, payment and account updates, retention touchpoints, and more. The backend is designed to practically run itself so you get a membership that works for you, not the other way around. Everything is ready to go on day one, smooth, intuitive, and completely stress-free.

• Do you offer support after the makeover?

  Yes! Once your makeover is complete, you’ll have the option to continue with high-touch support inside my Kajabi Business Success Membership. You’ll get ongoing coaching, personalized guidance, templates, tutorials, masterclasses, and hands-on Kajabi help anytime you need it. It’s the perfect place to grow, refine, and scale your Kajabi-based business with ease.
