• How long does the build take?

  Most DFY memberships are completed in 21 business days (or less!) depending on scope and responsiveness. If you’re responsive, the process moves lightning-fast. If you need a little extra time to gather things, no worries —we can adjust the pace.

• Do I need content ready before we start?

  Nope. I build memberships every single day for clients who have little to no existing content. In fact, members love it when you let them help shape what goes into the membership. I’ll even show you how we can strategically involve them in the process. You’ll get a clean, strategic foundation with placeholder layouts, coming-soon graphics, and intuitive structure so you can add material over time (and never have to feel behind). Already have content? Even better. I’ll organize and position it so everything is easy to find, beautifully branded, and aligned with a seamless member journey.

• Will you handle the design?

  Yes — I handle the full design for you, using my proven membership design system. If you love being hands-on, you’re welcome to use the Canva templates included in your build, and I’ll refine, polish, and elevate everything so it feels cohesive and high-end. If you’d rather stay out of Canva completely, I’ll design every graphic, layout, and visual element for you. Either way, you walk away with a beautifully branded, intuitive membership your members will love.

• What platform do you build on?

  Everything is built 100% inside Kajabi, optimized for simplicity, scalability, and a seamless member experience. I build exclusively in Kajabi because it creates the most secure, streamlined, and high-end membership environment available. If you’re not on Kajabi yet or still deciding, I’ll help you choose the right plan and get set up. When you use my Kajabi partner link to sign up, you’ll unlock 12 months of high-touch support to help you confidently build and grow the rest of your Kajabi ecosystem.

• Do you set up all the backend systems for me?

  Absolutely. The entire system is built to work for you. I set up every essential behind-the-scenes system your membership needs including onboarding emails, tagging, member access, question management, payment and account updates, retention touchpoints, and more. The backend is designed to practically run itself so you get a membership that works for you, not the other way around. Everything is ready to go on day one, smooth, intuitive, and completely stress-free.

• Do you offer support after the build?

  Yes! Once your build is complete, you’ll have the option to continue with high-touch support inside my Kajabi Business Success Membership. You’ll get ongoing coaching, personalized guidance, templates, tutorials, masterclasses, and hands-on Kajabi help anytime you need it. It’s the perfect place to grow, refine, and scale your Kajabi-based business with ease.
