Goal: the data your devices or cameras produce, visible to the people who act on it.
I connect one device or NVR source (the recorder that stores your footage) to a monitoring app. I designed the system that connects a bus operator's onboard NVR cameras to an AI-assisted audit workflow, with passenger counting running in production.
Starter: one device source or protocol, up to 3 test devices, a live status screen, reconnect handling. No video or AI.
Standard: up to 5 devices or camera channels, 3 screens, health status plus snapshots or one compatible video stream.
Advanced: adds one pipeline using an existing AI model or API, a human review queue and an event audit trail.
Not included: hardware, installation, firmware, model training, accuracy guarantees, fleet-wide rollout.
Done when:
the test devices show live status and recover after a disconnect;
from Standard, snapshots or the stream show per agreed channel;
in Advanced, processed events reach the review queue and reviews are logged;
you have the source, checks and setup notes.
