Summary

Content diagnostics & audit are two separate services that lead to one another. The content diagnostics part discloses the problems a product's content has, why the problems exist, and techniques & tools recommended to solve these problems. Then, the content audit part uses these techniques & tools to solve the content problems and ensure that the solutions are overarching.
Content diagnostics and audit is for existing products that are experiencing;

inconsistencies in voice and tone

customer centres burdened with content-related issues or multiple questions that website/app content should have answered, etc.

What's included

  • Content Diagnostics

    An in-depth review of the product (app, website, web app, etc.) content to reveal errors, inconsistencies, defaults, and deficiencies. The diagnostics will check if content serves its purpose, aligns with business goals, help users attain their wants & goals and solve their problems, and is accessible to different users, etc. The result will be a comprehensive list of problems that were identified, recommended solutions, and the impact that the solutions will have on the product and the user experience.

  • Content Audit

    A redo of product content to address the problems identified during the content diagnostics stage. The audit might include creating a content style guide to inform copy decisions and improve consistency, changing the approach, rewriting website and app interface copy, editing existing content, making changes to fonts, colour contrast, content positioning, etc.
