My work process is usually divided into four, depending on the stage of the project at the time I'm brought on board. I prefer being included at the beginning of the project so I can be involved in the discovery and user research phase.
The four stages include

Copy ideation & design
Testing & documentation
I design content that align with business goals and at the same time inclusive and accessible for all.
What's included
Content design
I will collaborate with designers, PMs, and product leads to conduct research, develop user flows, empathy maps, user persona/archetypes, need analysis & criteria, etc.
Microcopy/interface writing
I will design accessible and inclusive content for user interface, error/success messages, tooltip, etc
Testing & iteration
I will conduct/participate in content testing with users as a stand-alone or alongside the design and use the feedback to iterate and improve the project.
