Summary

This package will either round off all of your content marketing efforts or take care of most of your digital marketing. As time passes, I'll also be looking at the reports from each platform to determine the best course of action for future content strategy.
I can send in an updated social media report bi-weekly when starting out but will most likely look to monthly analytics to tell if strategy needs to be adjusted. You'll be kept in the loop at all times.

Process

Have a quick call to talk expectations and goals for your marketing
Review all existing channels and content.
Decide on my role within your marketing team (if you have one, or if it would be just me - which is fine).
Set up an Airtable base to manage all content and add all relevant users. This would include dates for submission of content, editing, and posting of content, as well as other tasks as needed.
Manage entire project monthly, submitting video walkthrough analytics to show progress with your accounts.

  • How much is your whole package?

    Since my package is going to depend on the amount of deliverables and work that I'd be doing, as well as the number of platforms to be managed, it would really depend. My packages start off at $1000 per month.

  • What are the content types you work with?

    I can edit long and short form video, audio and video podcasts, and create graphics using Canva. My strongest medium is definitely writing though. So from social media captions to posts like threads and tweets, as well as anything video and audio, I just about do it all.

  • What types of clients have you worked with?

    I've worked mostly with coaches and consultants, but have also worked with a hypnotherapist, an e-commerce store owner (selling wigs), and other marketers and designers. I'm a quick study and will be able to help you as long as you are open to working towards your goals with me.

  • Thought Leadership and General Marketing/Management

    This is the very first stage of content marketing and requires an in depth analysis of a few things. I'd research your audience and study your brand guide and previous content, if any. That will give me an idea of what you're looking for when it comes to content moving forward, and what's moved the needle in the past. Knowing who you want to reach and how you want your branding to look and feel will definitely help me to create content that will engage your audience and allow you to stand out in your market. I'll also set up a content calendar with a posting schedule for each social media platform. When I'm added to each platform, I can then either add you to my scheduler or you can add me to whichever one you use. I'm a quick study. This is also where we set goals and build out a content roadmap to follow. We'll talk strategy, the platforms that you need managed, as well as the amount of content creation and editing I'll be in charge of. The end result is a complete "ecosystem" that puts you in front of a greater audience by taking advantage of strategic exposure on multiple platforms.

  • Long form content management

    Creating content for social media can take a lot of your time and energy and sometimes yield little to no return. However, you most likely have content that you can use to help you save time and post even more than you would usually do. That's where your YouTube videos, podcast episodes, live events, blogs, newsletters, and any other past social media content comes in. You need multiple points of contact with your ideal prospects so let me take what you already have and start there! I can edit long form video, blogs and any other written or audio content and cut them down, repurpose, and reformat them to suit the audiences on these channels.

  • Short form content management

    Once the long form content is sorted, I'd then distribute to the different platforms. I'd create posts in formats such as carousel posts for Instagram, and threads for twitter, along with infographics for Pinterest, and documents for LinkedIn. I'd also create graphics, edit images to fit the aesthetic of your feed (important for Instagram), and create quote graphics and faceless reels as well. I'd write all copy for social media and make sure to use carefully researched keywords and hashtags to maximize exposure, all organically.

  • Free form content management

    This mostly refers to trending short form content and will consist of me getting you the latest trends and audios that I think would work well for your brand and guiding you in your content creation efforts. I could either send you over a quick video run through of what I'd like you to do, or some examples from Instagram reels for instance, that you would then emulate. Only the raw footage is needed. If you're unfamiliar with this type of content or just prefer to have someone else take care of the editing, then you can send it over to me to edit and post.
