Summary

This is my most basic done-for-you project management service. Consider me the conductor of your orchestra. In your business, you might have a lot of instruments who all need to know how to play together, but you might not have the time, patience, or skill to manage them. That's where I come from. With a focus on increasing efficiencies, I'll manage your project in a way that helps you feel calm and at ease knowing the work will not only get done, but get done well!

Discovery Session
Call to uncover project goals, success metrics, and communication plan
Scope Definition
We'll co-create this document to define all the project constraints. This will answer the who/what/where/when/why of your project and include all other pertinent details.
Operational Setup
Setup in Monday.com, Basecamp, or system of your choice
Daily Management
Management of project deliverables and objectives from start to finish!
Communication Plan
Together we'll decide how many calls are needed and how much of the work can be done via online systems
Optional - client facing support
If you are delivering this project to a client and need support on client-facing calls, I can help with that too!
